Check out Brooklyn band Pet Ghost Project’s new website, debuted a couple weeks ago for their new studio album Winter Variations.

And while you’re at at, check out web designer and illustrator Brandon More’s portfolio site. He developed the Pet Ghost site, and has a pretty rad site himself.

I Dream in Wireframe

Check out this Pop-Up Store that design workshop Campaign completed for Dunhill in NYC’s meatpacking district during fashion week.

The space, designed to emulate Alfred Dunhill’s London flagship and lifestyle center {Bourdon House}, is almost evocative of a wireframe 3D model…or architectural blueprints – depending on your generation ;)

Kodachrome: Curtain of Memories

In the day of digital photography, film has become all but ancient. This brilliant DIY project makes a curtain out of old film slides and aluminum chain mail rings.

I can only imagine the beautiful light quality this would give a room – and the conversations it could spark.

Re-use at its best.

Stella McCartney Milan

February 26, 2010 § Leave a comment

London design firm APA completed a new retail store for fashion designer Stella McCartney. The space features sculptural metal rails (love!) and multicolored herringbone wood flooring (doublelove!).

A brass and blackened steel handrail along the simple stair leads you to the first floor, which incorporates the original fresno ceiling and some pretty rad floor fixtures.

Fixtures clad in white ceramic rhomboid tiles with gold detailing and brightly colored felt inside? OMFG.

Beautiful, refined, and elegant. With whimsy. APA, you’ll be receiving my resume tomorrow :)
